Accessing the KPI in the transaction DB02 causes a dump

In HANA environments, when you try to access Load History and DB Size History, a dump appears.

Symtoms

Navigate as follows:

• DB02 > Performance > Load History
• DB02 > System Information > DB Size History

When you follow the above steps, you will see a dump as follows:

• MESSAGE_TYPE_X
• CL_GUI_CFW================CP
• CL_GUI_CFW================CM002
• FLUSH

Solution

Your SAP GUI is installed improperly

1. Check the directories where the SAP GUI is installed.
2. There may be old directories and files in the new installation directories.
3. Delete all old directories and files, then reinstall the new SAP GUI.

In my environment, there was an old directory named “SapSetup”
